Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered—if something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Quick eligibility checklist
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is unused/unworn, with original tags and original packaging bag intact.
- Only one free return/exchange is available for items from the original order.
- Items received in an exchange order cannot be returned or exchanged again—choose size/colour/product carefully.

Return/exchange window
Within 7 days (free one-time)
You may return or exchange eligible items from your original order for free within 7 days of delivery, subject to the checklist above.
After 7 days
After 7 days, we cannot process returns or exchanges for any reason.
Damaged/defective/incorrect item
If your product arrives damaged, defective, in poor condition, or different from what you ordered, raise an exchange request on the website within 7 days of delivery.
Requests reported after 7 days will not be accepted.
Pickup & self-ship (non-serviceable PIN codes)
If return pickup is not available at your PIN code via our courier partners, you’ll need to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹200 (based on the shipping receipt amount) after the return/exchange is completed; sharing the shipping receipt/bill is mandatory.
Pricing rules for combos & multi-item orders
Returning one item from a combo
If you return only part of a combo, your refund is calculated based on the individual item price (not the combo price), and the balance is adjusted accordingly.
Returning some items from a discounted multi-item order
If you return items from an order where a multi-item discount applied, the discount may be recalculated based on the items you keep, and the refund will be
adjusted accordingly.
Exchanges (switching products)
You may exchange for an alternative item of equal or lower value.
If the replacement item is lower in value, contact support after delivery of the exchange order and we’ll refund the difference to your shared bank account/UPI ID.
Note on prepaid/UPI discounts
Any prepaid/UPI discount offered by the payment gateway on your original order may not be carried forward into the new/revised order value and can be removed when returning items from a multi-item order or exchanging for a lower-value item.
