Refund Policy

1) Orders cancelled before shipping

If you cancel an order on our website before it is shipped, we initiate your refund immediately. The amount may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank/payment provider.

You will receive SMS updates on your registered mobile number (SMS delivery may be affected if your number is enrolled in DND/Do Not Disturb).

2) Returned item(s)

Once your returned item(s) are received and successfully inspected at our warehouse, we initiate the refund within 1–2 business days.

Refunds for returns are processed to the Bank Account details or UPI ID you provide while raising the return request. Please note: these refunds cannot be processed back to the original source of payment.

3) Exchange with lower-value item(s)

If you exchange your item for a lower-value product, please contact our customer support team after the exchange order has been delivered. We will refund the price difference to the bank account or UPI ID shared by you.

Important Notice

  • If you have any questions or confusion about cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact us before taking any action. Any decision made without prior communication or based on assumptions is solely your responsibility.
  • During pickup for a return or exchange, it is the customer’s responsibility to hand over only the item(s) approved/requested for return or exchange. No quality check is performed at the time of pickup. THE LABEL TAN / 10AN will not be responsible for any incorrect, wrong, or extra item(s) handed over to the pickup partner.
  • Please ensure you collect the physical pickup receipt at the time of pickup. This receipt is your proof of handover. THE LABEL TAN / 10AN will not be responsible for any pickup disputes if the tracking is not updated as “Picked Up” and/or proof of pickup is not available.
